Carol became the CEO of Capstone Equipment LLC in November 2017 after purchasing the company from its prior owner. She has had a successful career as a scientific programmer in the private and public sector, including programming missile guidance for Goddard Space Flight Center and The Sperry Corporation at Vandenburgh Air Force Base, and business system programming for Pacific Gas & Electric, Babcock & Wilcox, and American Home Foods. She developed significant experience in real estate investment from her first start-up, Capstone Asset Management LLC, developing and implementing a plan to acquire commercial office and residential rental properties that conform to the company’s strategic guidelines.
Carol graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, PA with a BS in Computer Science where she started as the center on the Women’s Basketball Team scoring more than 2000 points in her three (3) years on the team.

Steve started with Capstone in November 2016 after a long career leading international companies such as Express Group Holdings, Vogt Power International, and American Air Filter (AAF International). Prior to this, Steve held a number of senior engineering and management positions in the power and industrial sector including VP & GM of AAF International – Europe Middle East, Africa, and Asia while working in Amsterdam, President of Winter Welding & Machine Corporation, Unit #2 Engineering Manager at Plant Vogtle Nuclear Power Plant, and Unit #1 & #2 Engineering Supervisor at Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant.
Steve earned his MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisville and his BS in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, PA. Steve holds professional engineering licenses in 13 U.S. States and Alberta, Canada along with general contractors licenses in several U.S. States.
